We recently completed a full tender service on a £7million primary school in Wales on a design and build basis. The tendering contractor approached us due to a word of mouth recommendation, following which we measured the job, prepared enquiries for and received subcontractor and supplier quotations.

We then pulled together the tender, including design and professional fees and assisted the client in submitting the tender via an online portal.

We have also prepared and won a £2million tender for a commercial scheme in Liverpool within the past few months, for one of our regular regional contractors.

At the other end of the scale, we recently carried out a plastering subcontractors measure and price tender for a 50-house development for a national house builder.

We are also working on a groundwork subcontractors tender for a new Lidl store in Berkshire.

Our brickwork contractors work for major contractors and national house builders; here we will measure and price the work; assist with contract negotiation, provide interim valuations and agree the final accounts.
