Administer the construction contract in order to protect your interests and to ensure that all parties are adhering to their contractual obligations.

Be your eyes and ears on the ground, overseeing the Contractor, monitoring quality of the work and reporting regularly to you on progress.

Keep control of project costs in conjunction with the QS and ensure that you receive clear and concise reports on a regular basis.
