The client required procurement and delivery of a New Build Assisted Living Development.
What DGA did:
DGA LTD worked as Employer's Agent on this new build assisted living development in North Manchester. The scheme included 16 apartments with staff facilities. DGA provided procurement and contractual advice pre contract. DGA then carried out the role of Employer's Agent post contract which included responsibilities such as administering the JCT Design and Build Contract, chairing and minuting monthly site meetings, ensuring that the project was delivered on time, on budget and to the Employer's Requirements.
What was the outcome:
A successful building project delivered on time, to the Employer's Requirements and on budget.
