A new build of a large three storey home complete with large basement with swimming pool and leisure suite and luxury finishes throughout.
What was interesting about the project
The design for this project blends a traditional Georgian style with some more modern features. The grand staircase within the entrance hall, the large basement with full leisure suite and the showroom for a classic car all make this an exciting build!

As acting CA and PQS we have advised on budget costs and cost changes through material and specification choices throughout the project and managed the contract throughout the construction of this build.
