To keep skills fresh and relevant, we encourage continual professional development for our team members, with many of our staff currently working towards masters degrees or other professional accreditation. Each member of the Derek Gough team is committed to the communities in which we work and live, and we support this through a wide range of sports participation, sponsorship and interests.
The team take a personal interest in their clients and are supported to develop areas of special interest within the practice. This year we have developed new products within both the corporate and personal portfolio, these were championed by young members of our team, developed and brought through to fruition and adoption. The team is our family, and their ideas and creativity are our future.
Above all else, each member of our staff is committed to delivering your project to meet your needs and expectations. It is very important to us that the client knows who will be delivering their service and we spend a great deal of time and resource developing the skills of our team to deliver exceptional service. To facilitate this, there will be one point of contact for each project and that team member will be responsible for the management of the Derek Gough Associates Ltd. service, and the assessment and communication of client needs.
