Jordan Wright has been a team member at Derek Gough Associates for more than seven years. He is a trainee Quantity Surveyor, specialising in the provision of commercial support to contractors, developers and private clients.

Jordan’s educational background includes a period of study at South Cheshire College, Crewe from 1999 to 2001, during which he obtained the National Diploma In Building Studies. Currently he is studying part time at Salford University for his B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying.

Commencing his career with Derek Gough Associates in 2000, Jordan’s professional responsibilities now encompass pre and post contract control for small to medium size building contractors. He is experienced in the residential, commercial and schools sectors in addition to the provision of estimating services to general building and specialist contractors, ranging from labour only joinery to suspended ceiling installers.

Jordan has also been on secondment to numerous development companies acting as a commercial manager and site agent.

24 years of age, Jordan lists his out of work interests as country pursuits and squash.
