Derek Gough Associates designed a bespoke Excel spreadsheet to meet the requirements of this client.
We have also prepared quantities on numerous developments for projects as diverse as medical centres, luxury apartments and houses. Typically, the Excel spreadsheets are forwarded to the client by e-mail and incorporate backup information such as take-offs. The spreadsheets are used to price the works and as a cost control tool throughout the project.
